* * * * * * * 26 Group Work Rules (German translation >>> deutsche Übersetzung) 1. Each person should have his living space where he has his freedom while not going against any social rules. This needs to be respected strictly, also verbally. 2. Tensions are solved within the group and not among the opponent parties. 3. Each person must be able tp fulfill his basic needs like eating, washing, sleeping, laundry, cleaning, clothing, warmth, storage etc. The group has to provide all of the above. 4. A fair exchange should be the basis: helping each other, payments etc. 5. You may not hurt others emotionally by discrimination, unsocial behaviour, threats, insults, talking bad without know-how, malice, lies etc. 6. Theaft or borrowing other people's property without permission is not allowed. You always need permission first and a free agreement should be made. 7. Legally pressing charges against someone or informing the police may be done by everyone at any time and may also be decided by the group. 8. Each person should try to be occupied with his inner nature an also help and support others doing it. Necessary jobs should be decided upon together and made up for as soon as possible. 9. All agreements must be kept or made anew. Not keeping an agreement is considered an asault. 10. Regarding sexuality, business and cleanliness etc. current law accounts. 11. Freedom of opinion must always be respected unless it breaks the law. 12. A unanimous decision is always strived for. 13. Any exceptions will be dealt with in the group. 14. All groups are connected with one another through unanimous decisions. 15. There is no peer pressure. Each person comes and goes as he pleases and participates in everything voluntarily. 16. All items are allocated to one or several owners or careteakers. 17. Donations are managed by the group. 18. To have transparency in everything is always the goal. Exceptions must be justified. 19. Physical and verbal assaults are not allowed, unless they have been agreed upon and according to the law. 20. The group always has to be addressable for each member. 21. Protocol is taken on a daily basis. 22. The basis for all activities is the absence of violence and betrayal in thoughts, speach and action. Vegetarian, no drugs, no gambling, no untruthfulness or speculation, and cleanliness of all things. Sexual relationships are recommended only within a marriage. Divorce is voluntary but may be counceled in the group if wished for. 23. Whoever breaks the rules may be forced to leave immediatelly depending on the decision made in the group. For an appropriate transition will be taken care of. 24. A person may be asked to attend professional medical, psychological, educational, technical and legal councelling etc. through a decision made in the group which must be followed. 25. Each group has a central management taking care of all persons and matters and also manages all courses of action and events effectively and with responsibly. 26. The best, most effective and most beautiful solution is always strived for. The collective goal is always to manifest the greatest good for all through thoughts, speach and action. *************************************************************************************
