How to love all

A) I have to identify with everything as my body and my conciousness, one body and one mind, and take care for all as I would do for my body and my mind.

B) I have to use the two forces, kindness and strictness, yes and no, to love all. I have to distinguish between things I have to assist and those I have to restrain/constrain.

C) I have to love in a perfect way. To learn this I have to be in community with those who love without fail.

D) I have to find out what is the highest good for all and only act upon that always.
